This creamy green smoothie, made with frozen banana and avocado, is a nutritional powerhouse packed with health benefits. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Instructions:
