I’ve been passionately pursuing fitness for over eight years, beginning in my late teens. My journey into fitness started as a transformative path away from negative habits, leading me to discover a profound love for health and wellness. With a background as an athlete in competitive sports like hockey, lacrosse, and combat sports, I've always thrived on self-discipline and the thrill of competition. As organized sports became less accessible, I embraced weightlifting and never looked back.

Today, I leverage my extensive experience in athletic training, bodybuilding, and nutrition to lead the way in the fitness industry. I am here to support your fitness journey, whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, or achieve specific athletic benchmarks.

Greyson’s Credentials:
 

  • Experienced in playing AAA hockey across North America.

  • Successfully lost over 50 pounds post-Covid.

  • Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and as a Nutritionist.

  • Achieved personal bests of a 385-pound bench press and a 470-pound squat.

 

With a solid foundation in both theory and practice, I am eager to guide you through your own transformation, helping you set, reach, and surpass your fitness goals.

Rodney developed a revolutionary fitness system that helps trainers and coaches fast-track their success, empowering many to lead healthier lives. With the launch of the Status Fitness Evolution Gym, it offers state-of-the-art facilities for local trainers and content creation for coaches globally, providing access to cutting-edge methodologies and resources.

 

As Editor-In-Chief, Rodney continues to inspire with expert advice, interviews, and the latest health trends, ensuring Status Fitness Magazine remains at the forefront of the industry.

Kaitlyn has always been driven by a passion for sports and wellness. After moving to Maple Ridge, British Columbia, in 2014, she graduated from Samuel Robertson Technical School and is now pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. With aspirations to become an occupational therapist or physiotherapist, Kaitlyn combines her academic pursuits with a lifelong dedication to competitive sports, including 17 years in hockey and softball.

 

Her love for family and adventure complements her athletic lifestyle, as she enjoys spending quality time with her younger brothers and their golden doodle, Rosie, as well as engaging in snowboarding, pickleball, and basketball. Her commitment to fitness is further evidenced by her ISSA personal training certification and her recent participation in the Elite Slow Pitch League.
