Designed for groups of 4-6 people, each class offers a personalized and engaging fitness experience. Whether you're a member or not, our pricing is accessible at $10 per session with a membership or $25 without. Each class lasts for one hour, ensuring you get a comprehensive workout that fits into your busy schedule. Join us and elevate your fitness journey with our expert-led sessions and supportive community!

This bootcamp-style, calorie-torching, full-body workout is designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness and keep you engaged with dynamic exercises.

  • Wednesday 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

  • Thursday 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

  • Friday 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Circuit Training

An invigorating workout that combines plyometrics, ladder/speed work, sled pushes, hack squats, and upper/lower body supersets. Perfect for building muscle for sports, increasing flexibility and endurance, and improving vertical jumping.
 

Dates

  • Monday 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

  • Thursday 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

 

Workouts

  • Plyometrics: seated box jumps, pogo hops, split squat/squat jumps, depth jumps

  • Ladder/speed work

  • Sled Push

  • Hack Squats

  • Super set of upper and lower body
